MotionFlow. Or Clear Motion. Different companies call it different things.
I remember the first time I got a tv with that turned on as default. It took me like an hour with no less than 175 curse words before I figured out how to turn it off.

I did! I second that it was a good video. I'm glad other people recognize this problem.

My wife hates me because I keep tinkering with my new TV because I am obsessed with getting perfect black levels.
I'm the same way. Just found the perfect calibration 6 months after buying my new set. Good luck!
We just got a 4k TV as well, tell us your settings!
Certainly not the vivid setting.
theres a porn setting for tvs?

My TV has the setting in two different places so even though I turned it "off" it was still on because I didn't change this other setting too.

I've been thinking about buying a color meter, but I feel like that might be overkill.

Just go to AVS Forums for some calibrations. Good jumping off point. Save the cash.

Oh I've done that already. But since every TV (even among the same model) is different, that still won't be completely accurate.

Not completely no, but pretty close. I know mine has some built in calibration tests too. You can use the naked eye.

Saw this at a drive in last night, so I need to see again at a proper theater. Overall, not as good as the first in most regards, and better in maybe just a few others. Can we do spoilers here yet?

Saw it twice yesterday. I enjoyed it as much as the first. Pretty big plot hole in it, tho.

the trailers didn't look overly appealing to me

for whatever reason i wasn't crazy about the first one on my first viewing, but really liked it on second...i really have little desire to watch it again though
