In a country that just elected Donald Trump, I would argue that it almost seems plausible.

I wish I could trust this Lions team more. I can see them backing into the playoffs at 9-7 on a 3-game losing streak...or at 10-6/11-5 with a season capping win over GB in week 17...or finishing 8-8 and having a whole new coaching staff next year. Ugh. If the GB game in week 17 matters for anything more than seeding I don't think I'll even be able to watch.

Let's not get carried away. But what a fantastic win that was. One of the biggest I can remember as a Chiefs fan. It was a great game. And the Chiefs definitely sent a message to the nah-sayers out there. Also, I got to watch the game and hang out with Tony Richardson (one of my all time favorite Chiefs players). It was a dream come true. T-Rich actually jumped on the bar at the end of the game and lead the place in singing 'We Are the Champions.' It was something I'll remember for the rest of my life.

But now on to the Titans. We have three more games before we talk about playoffs, let alone Super Bowls.
