If I sneak into a second movie after watching the one I paid for, what will they do to me if they catch me? Will they ban me from the theatre? Take my picture? Call the police? I've only ever done it once, but that was with my parents. We snuck into Herzog's Rescue Dawn after watching Andy Samberg's Hot Rod. I was 19, and very uncomfortable with the maneuver.

Yeah. I probably did this 100 times when I was a teenager. Sometimes I went to three or four movies in one visit.

Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I've never seen The Emperor's New Groove. All of the sudden, my 13yo daughter is all excitedly wanting to watch it... the daughter that's now 'too mature' for anything kid-related. Why the hell is she so excited about this thing?!
