Still can't remember seeing Chopper at all. So the answer is almost certainly no.

They could have done better in the lead up to this to let us know she wasn't going to be in it thenAnders wrote:She wasn't born yet.

Star Wars Timeline
If we have Episode 1 as year 0. Episode 2 was year 10. Episode 3 was year 13. Episode 4 was year 32. Episode 5 was year 35. Episode 6 was year 36. Episode 7 was year 66.
Rogue One has scenes from year 17, but mostly from year 32 just prior to Episode 4.

Out of eight movies, it doesn't rank in the top 5?dimejinky99 wrote:Anders wrote:Imperfect is being very kind. All star wars movies are imperfect, so I'm hoping I can rank this just as high for its own reasons.
Episodes 3 and 6 are solid efforts, but imperfect, episodes 1 and 2 are fun but deeply flawed.
Have to disagree. R1 was exactly what I thought it would be. A good war movie. Not a great Star Wars movie. It's saved by the ending and the only character you feel drawn to is the droid. No development or engaging characters.
And you can totally see that this was reshot and further, the trauma it had in editing. You can see they made the best they could of it. But still. It doesn't rank top 5 for me.
Let me tell you, Homer Simpson is cock of nothing!

It's a prequel to the original Star Wars Movie: A New Hope (Episode 4). I thought that was clear.Rangi Guy wrote:They could have done better in the lead up to this to let us know she wasn't going to be in it thenAnders wrote:She wasn't born yet.

Re: Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
I can see how some would say that. It's an easier story. Simpler than the big episodes. Not so epic. Personally I think Episode 3 is a really good movie. Not a huge fan of The Force Awakens, but I see that many are.wease wrote:Out of eight movies, it doesn't rank in the top 5?dimejinky99 wrote:Anders wrote:Imperfect is being very kind (to ep 7). Cinema just down the street has three showings at midnight. All the 501 are there and everyone in costumes. I think I'll go again.

You know I'll watch this however many times it takes until I love it.
Truth be told I just wanna see the final act again. It's beyond good. Somehow meshes exactly with a new hope while being totally new and thrilling.
