Someone put that on during a bus trip I was on recently. My girlfriend and I both agreed that it was one of the worst movies ever made.

American Outlaws Chicago charter to Columbus for Usa vs. Mexico. The ride back we just played movies as the game left a bad taste in our mouths. That movie sucked. Everyone agreed.

Yeah, I enjoyed it quite a bit. It's completely stupid and absurd and over the top. But I laughed like an asshole during the whole thing.

So, you're THAT blinded by Anna Kendrick??? Ok, the loins and women can make us think and do irrational things, but... this was beyond 'over the top' and went right into Mister Magoo territory.

I feel good about these five. Still some movies to see, but this is a list I'm happy with:

1. Manchester by the Sea
2. The Lobster
3. Nocturnal Animals
4. Certain Women
5. Bleed for This

Steve Albini wrote:Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Can't wait to see Certain Women. Are you a big Kelly Reichert fan?
For sure. Wendy and Lucy would be somewhere on my all-time list, and Old Joy is also a special one. I always look forward to new things from her.

It looks terrible and A Single Man is one of the worst movies I've ever seen
