Hmmm. Unless they go the route of those Tales From... books from 20 years ago, I don't see how this would work. Do we really need more Han, Luke and Leia tales set during that time.

(Yes, I realize that I'm reading all the comics set during that time period. Shut up.)

Oh boy. That's tricky. I love Yoda. But I'm not sure how much I want to know about his past. I'm just not sure it could live up to expectation. I think he's one of those less is more characters, for me. Let there be mystery and suspicion.

I envision a long ago ancient world. Desolate. There could be a great story there but i dont really need it. A story i'd like to know is the first jedi. The beginning of the force as far as how jedis and sith began to manipulate it. The discovery of such a powerful thing.

Not sure Yoda could be part of that but...

There's all the potential in the world for a great Yoda story, for sure. I think it'll just be tricky and, as you say, I don't need it.

A story about the first Jedi could be great. I've often wanted to explore a Sith you doesn't turn totally evil, too. The Code of the Sith has nothing to do with genocide or evil, really. I think it could be really cool to see a pure Sith who follows the code but never actually falls into murderous evil.

There's a preview of it on comic book.com. Looks great.

There are three episodes in clone wars season six where yoda has to travel and connect with ancient Jedi and sith in order to learn how to become a force ghost after death. Some cool ancient force stuff in those, including an appearance by Darth Bane

Those are the very best episodes in all clone wars. Note Even kidding.

Explains so much about Yodas power and understanding of the force.

Not really though. Unless you're a completist.

Random thought.

How awesome is the guy does Obi wans voice.

He's got it perfectly.

Hes annoyed about being ditched for McGregor in FA but he IS Obi Wan for an entire generation.

I love his Obi Wan.
