I hope they make it take 71 parsecs just to avoid anything being called "fan service"
Canon sources conflict on the veracity of Solo's claim of the Millennium Falcon making the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs. A New Hope: The Princess, the Scoundrel, and the Farm Boy describes the claim as a "lie" that the inexperienced Luke Skywalker is impressed with, but which the seasoned Obi-Wan Kenobi recognizes as nothing more than a boast. Return of the Jedi: Beware the Power of the Dark Side!, however, states in its narration that "Not every ship is created equal and the rebels have the ship that did the Kessel run in less than twelve parsecs."

Meaning the Falcon.

I'm on it. It's after 5 though.

I set up a Facebook event to celebrate the death of 2016 it being a bollix for killing everyone on us.

And it grew legs. Now we're having a New Years party here in my place tonight by mistake.
Kinda dreading it. Oh well.

So this is being pushed back to December according to making Star Wars.

Going head to head with avatar. If that doesn't get kicked down the road again.

I'm OK with this. Make a new Star Wars movie a holiday tradition.

I look forward to posting how stupid the scene where Han tries to rely on luck and gets let down is, and to reading how wrong I am and how clever it was
