Trag, when you start a Blue Apron subscription, do you choose a certain culinary route you want to go down (like choosing your favorite genres when signing up for Netflix...) or do you get surprised every time?

Awesome. I've been curious for a while now. Almost got us a subscription for Christmas, but that felt slightly selfish so I went a different route.
