When we get Thrawn in a film, can Fassbender play him? That would be pretty fantastic.

And now im really upset Mads has already been used. We let Warwick Davis play different guys under a shit ton of make up and costumes. So im okay with Mads being Thrawn. In fact, i demand it.

He'd be good, too. Actually. Either one is fine by me. But I think Fassbender would OWN that part.

I'm on the eighth episode of S3 right now (Iron Squadron). This is easily the most consistent season of the show, so far. I've really enjoyed every episode.

Yeah it's pretty solid. The hondo episode aside maybe.

Looks solid for the rest of the season despite there being a month long break yes a month long break before we get the last few episodes

Yeah, that Hondo episode was easily the worst so far. It was fine. Some nice animation in the climax. But just killed a lot of the momentum it had going. Visions and Voices was nice. Not at all what I expected.

I'm surprised people made such a big deal out of the information revealed in the episode. Out side of the Dark Saber and Maul's shrine to Satine (I think that's who that is?), everything was just a rehash from the premiere. Still, strong episode. Terrifying. Those Night Sisters are scary as fuck.

And here, I have to break. I've gotta go meet a friend that I haven't seen in a while. I'll watch the next episode at some point in this week.

Could be. But I'll tell you right now... if they tell me Ahsoka is dead, I will tune out for the rest of the goddamn movie. I won't give a shit what else happens.

Yeah me too. But that would seem a little obscure to open the next saga movie like that anyway. Because most people who are seeing it wouldn't know who Ahsoka was.

Exactly. I'm guessing they won't be going that route.

I'm excited where they are going. Two Rian interviews in two days throwing light on what is going to happen. Sounds exciting.

Stip mentioned in the Clone Wars thread how that show can get shockingly violent. Though I agree that Rebels is much more of a "kids" show than Clone Wars, that comment made me think of one of the most horrifying things I've ever seen in a Star Wars related release.

That moment early in season one when
Spoiler: show
the Luminara hologram turns into a years old preserved corpse
was pretty fucked up.

I'm stopped on the highway heading home from work. Been here 50 minutes without moving. Roads are sheer ice and people still drive like idiots so now I have to sit here until they clear an accident in the canyon.

Downloading season 2 in my car. Could be a long night.
