Weirdly. It was made here in Ireland and I have seen bits but not all of it.

I find the Princess Bride to be good, but tremendously overrated.

In the way that I know too many people that cosplay it, and watch it every time it rains or that they're sick or that it's Wednesday, yes, I agree. It is overrated. But I still love the shit out of it.

I remember loving Willow! But it's been ... oh, man, at least 15 years since I've seen it. But, yeah, my memory of it is very positive. I watched it a lot when I was a kid and never tired of it.

The Princess Bride is probably better, though.

I've worried about this. It's a large part of why I haven't revisited it. I like my memory. I like liking it. I don't want to revisit it and find out that it's terrible. I'll keep the illusion.

It's very very rare that something you loved as a kid holds up when you go back.

8 is so far away. Now I'm hearing there won't be a trailer or teaser at the Super Bowl cos fox own those rights. Wish it was out already.

Do you understand how commercials work?

I tried watching it and gave up after 5 minutes. Too little kid-ish.

I was pretty obsessed with Willow around '89-'90. I probably watched it 50 times. The effects were iffy back then they must be unwatchable now.

I do. I'll go slowly for you. I was reading that there's some dispute with fox and Disney and Disney won't be advertising with them at this years Super Bowl. Fox owns Star Wars the original trilogy in perpetuity so the beef is rolling onwards. Let's see though.
