Those guys had 95% accuracy on leaks from force awakens. Seems they have an inside man or are unofficially leaked details about plot and story etc. They even knew about the training droid Finn picks up in FA
:nice:

Gotcha. Thanks, friend.

Im expecting a lot from this movie...in a way, i feel is the first true sequel we are getting. TFA, which i liked, was a clear reboot from the original almost a remake, and Rogue One was a prequel.

Apart from using and probably over using the design and familiar ships n everything I really don't see TFA as a retread. I know we've done that topic to death but it just seems a little lazy to frame it like that. But agreed on your point. There's a lot riding on this. The article I posted earlier about do they play it safe with 8 or take some risks, is a good read.

Like everything in star wars people will complain either way no matter what they do.

Yeah, the reboot/retread argument is so thoroughly uninteresting to me. But, I too, am more excited for this sequel than I was for The Force Awakens. But really that's just a credit to how good TFA was. And then R1, moreso.

yeah, haters gonna hate.

I do like TFA, but at this point, im expecting something a lot better from ep8. It might be crucial to really see if they have a plan of going forward with this or everything will be a remake of the originals and some stand alone movies about the past.

One rumour has Luke being a bit crazy from being alone for so long. That could be interesting. But it could go wrong too.

If it's true that the movie is (basically) starting where we left off in TFA, then it's already something new and different. I'll be interested in what the opening crawl says and if they keep the tradition of panning into space to show a planet and/or spacecraft and all of that.

Either way, I'm just so excited to get to dive into these new characters and get to catch up with Luke. It almost doesn't matter what the movie's about (ALMOST) as long as the characters stay strong.

I got to meet and interact with Carrie Fisher many times. Even as it was happening, I knew it was special and I resigned myself to idea that I probably wasn't ever going to get to meet or interact with Mark or Harrison. I feel like that would be too lucky. So, I hope you get to meet Mark and when you do, I'll live vicariously through you.

Yeah, I worked on Wishful Drinking (her one woman show) when it was at Studio 54 on Broadway.
