The changes they propose are dramatic.
The departments of Commerce and Energy would see major reductions in funding, with programs under their jurisdiction either being eliminated or transferred to other agencies. The departments of Transportation, Justice and State would see significant cuts and program eliminations.

The Corporation for Public Broadcasting would be privatized, while the National Endowment for the Arts and National Endowment for the Humanities would be eliminated entirely.

At the Department of Justice, the blueprint calls for eliminating...the Violence Against Women grants...and for reducing funding for its civil rights and its environment and natural resource divisions.

Wasn't this what coal miners in West Virginia were asking for?

https://www.theguardian.com/environment ... eral-lease
In a single line of changes to the rules for the House of Representatives, Republicans have overwritten the value of federal lands, easing the path to disposing of federal property even if doing so loses money for the government and provides no demonstrable compensation to American citizens.

According to the Outdoor Alliance, US public land is the government’s second largest source of income after taxes. In addition to economic stimulus in outdoor activities, federal land also creates revenue through oil and gas production, logging and other industrial uses. According to the BLM, in 2016, it made $2bn in royalty revenue from federal leases.

Ignoring those figures, the new language for the House budget, authored by Utah Republican representative Rob Bishop, who has a history of fighting to transfer public land to the states, says that federal land is effectively worthless. Transferring public land to “state, local government or tribal entity shall not be considered as providing new budget authority, decreasing revenues, increasing mandatory spending or increasing outlays.”

It would be a shame if PBS was no longer allowed to broadcast Australia's number one Pink Floyd cover band 6 times a week cause it isn't profitable enough.

Donald Trump just said his cabinet had "the highest I.Q. of any cabinet."

"We have by far the highest I.Q. of any cabinet ever assembled... We have Betsy Devos... She did terrific. Very easy subject. It's called education. Very, very easy."

Yuuge understatement.

I'm not sure if he just assumes everyone is stupid or doesn't care and blatantly lies regardless.

Part of the problem of being top of an empire is nobody around you says no. Or contradicts you.
I'd say he's gonna have yuge turnover all throughout his administration
