I would love her to make it into a film. Charlize Theron would be amazing
Absolutely.

Assaj Ventris. She'd be amazing.

Ps didn't know she was that big an actress.
Charlize? Yeah, she's a household name. At least here in the US. She's a big deal.

Still one of my favorite side-arcs ever in that show, btw.

I met her briefly once years ago with Stuart townshend, her boyfriend at the time. He's from here. I kinda didn't know who she was then either. Not being funny I just have no frame of reference for her. Probably have seen her in films but she's just not in my world. Is she any good?

Fantastic actress, yes. Her performance in Monster is one of my all time favorite. She has a fairly diverse career. But she's always good.

I don't mean to LV it here, but after going on a binge of pretty much every TV and cinematic Star Wars related thing in the past month, I find the stories and characters in The Clone Wars to be the most interesting things in the Star Wars canon. There, I said it.

Some of it is, without a doubt.

the clone wars cartoon really brings into stark relief how bad the prequel movies are and how badly Lucas botched the chance to tell some really great stories.

Honestly, it also kinda illustrates LV vs The World too. LV loves the immersive, visually stunning nature of the prequels that set aside story and character development, where as the rest of us seem to be sucked into the stories and characters that the longer form art of television that also sacrifices the visual.

I'm only 11 episodes into TCW but I'm not finding much sacrificed in the visual. The visuals are pretty fantastic and the visual language as or more compelling that some of the lead characters.
