I think it works better with animation.

They were great but I'm not crazy about the resolution. The larger mythology of the force and the chosen one and etc. don't hold together all that well when you shine a light on it

The son shares some facial similarities with The Grand Inquisitor in Rebels. Threw me off when I first saw him.

Nothing in Star Wars is by accident. It would make you wonder has Vader shaped the inquisitiors to look like the son?

I haven't gotten to those episodes yet. But I'm seen stills of the character design and I think he looks ridiculous. I'm happy to hear he plays better than I expected.

Finally met Cad Bane.

So, he's a super badass. People need to get off of Boba Fett's jock and start clamoring for a Cad Bane film. Because that could be delicious.

the voice work is generally fantastic - its too bad grevious is locked into the terrible rots voice.

and i agree joey, the design is a bit on the nose. but he some genuinely unnerving combat scenes that must have been terrifying for little kids

I give you a lot of shit about Hando because I think it's funny. But I love his character design and I think seeing him and Cad Bane in live action form would be really cool. I'd love some sort of "scoundrel" film that features both of them.

Solo Fett film, perhaps?

Yeah, I mean, I guess. That's probably what they're gonna do. Depending on when it's set. And I think that's the only way to make a solo Boba Fett film work, honestly. It has to be more of an ensemble piece. But this is why all this bounty hunter stuff should be saved for a future TV project. It makes way more sense in that capacity, I think. Animated or live action. Either way. But do the "Underworld" series they've been talking about for so long and let's explore these characters there.

i think theyll do a lot of ensemble films early just to see which characters catch fire.

i just learned that hando is the voice actor who played Minsc in Baldurs Gate, which is why he sounded so familiar

I don't know what that is. Which is why he doesn't sound familiar.

The tense action/suspense genre isn't normally my bag, but I thought the Citadel trilogy did it exceptionally well.

this is a great series that manages to rise above the incoherence of the clone wars set up
