I'm quite looking forward to this. For a long time I've had my own extended Singles playlist with the movie tracks that didn't make the album. Will be interesting to see if mine was anything like the reissue.

This popped up again the other day on Amazon UK. Curious and wonder if it's legit? Check out the expanded track list

Good find! Looks like it's got the whole of Cornells original demos on disc 5.

This is up for pre-order at Bull Moose and Amazon. I'm sure coming to record stores near you as well.

Release date is 5/19

Looks like the original soundtrack will be on vinyl, with the bonus tracks on CD

I'm going to wait and see how the Ten Club plans on overcharging for this.

It’s finally coming! We are very pleased to announce that the Singles Deluxe Edition Soundtrack is finally coming on May 29th! There will be two versions. A 2 CD set and a 2 LP Set(plus a bonus CD with all the extra tracks).

The 2 CD Set includes additional songs from the film, unreleased demos and live versions.

Glad to hear:
- a CD version is being released;
- the (excellent) Truly song is included, as it always should've been;
- Cornell's Poncier demo is also included.

:thumbsup:

"The album itself was always designed to be sort of an anti-soundtrack, more like a souvenir and a simple mix-tape of some of Seattle's finest," Crowe said in a statement. "It really is and was a tribute to those hard-working bands that welcomed me to their city with open arms, and the music so many still love so much. Anyway, here we are now revisiting Singles, the film, as well as the soundtrack … expanded with a special tip of the hat to the fans of the original release. Included are unreleased and raw elements that helped shape the experience of making the movie back in 1991. Hope you enjoy the trip back as much as I did – viva Seattle!"
Crowe always sounds like a gigantic idiot.

Alright, I try to support the Ten Club, but it's pretty hard in this situation. I want the CD and the LP, but they won't ship them together, so I have to pay $11 shipping on the LP AND $7 shipping on the CD. Pre-ordering via Amazon saves me 25% over the Ten Club Price. $14 isn't the end of my life, but I can't bring myself to do it.
