chickpea penne - sauce was garlic, onions, spinach, splash of red wine, fresh tomatoes

Yeah that rice wasn't anything special. My pork was great though, but I didn't overcook it.

Really enjoyed the mirin cod last night. The barley/broccoli/orange mix was fantastic.

Recently did a couple Blue Aprons that were fantastic. One was the meatloaf with a cauliflower-pasta side that was insanely good.

The other was a chicken souvlaki pita with roasted potatoes.
