Fuck Lorne Michaels for not standing up for her. I don't know what happened to that guy, but he sucks now. Hard.
lol that was a good tweet. People are idiots
Yeah. I'm definitely on the side of "leave the kids out of it." But I don't think that tweet was out of line. Or any kind of personal attack on the kid. Seems a little overblown, I think.
Then again, RM tells me how wrong I am politically all the time. So, what do I know? Lorne probably did the right thing.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I forgot to mention that I thought Villasenor was hilarious in the sex talk sketch. It made me think she could become one of their great performers if given the chance.

She had a goofy idiosyncrasy to her in that sketch I found really appealing. We'll see what happens. SNL probably feels obligated to keep a Hispanic cast member with all this Trump shit so hopefully she'll get the Sasheer Zamata treatment long enough to make her mark.

Yeah the tweet wasn't a big deal but it does seems odd that liberals are against bullying but think its cool to go after a kid cause they don't like his dad. He's 10. Of course he's goofy. Of course he looks bored at a press conference at 2 in the fucking AM. I have a 10 year old. You should see him run. Looks like a drunk ostrich. I'm all for bulling so I can say that. Well not to his face my wife would kill me.

Yep. There's a way she spoke -- maybe I didn't notice it before because she hasn't had a lot of lines? -- that I really enjoyed for its oddness.
Way back when, I was complementary of he for this very reason. The conversation got blown out of proportion because it was funny. But the kernel of truth that grew that thorny mess, was this observation. I'm glad others are finally picking up on it. Is this what validation feels like?

Just slow your roll, kemosabe. She had one skit that didn't make me cringe. I hope it's a sign of things to come, but you shouldn't feel validated just yet.
