Grilled chicken over salad greens.

(It's officially time to get Wease's body somewhat cruise-worthy)

Improvising tonight. Going to cook up some jasmine rice. Going to saute some bell peppers in olive oil and garlic. Then I'm going to chop up a blood orange, and mix the peppers and orange pieces with the rice. Then I'm going to cook up some chicken breast, bite sized pieces seasoned with salt and pepper. When they're almost done I'll add some juice from a blood orange, let it reduce, and then mix it all together with the rice/peppers/orange pieces.

It'll probably be awful, but I don't have much to work with here.

Cashews

Fish sauce/soy sauce
I'm using garlic. Maybe splash a little soy in there if I have any lying around.
