Otherwise, based on the pics of your apartment that I see on Instagram, I would strongly urge you to consider a small, boutique amp. I have a single 8" '63 Kalamazoo that is like a darker Champ, and it's just lovely. There are a number of new companies making similar models now, and that is absolutely where I would put my money if my primary venue was my living room (plus they're excellent for recording).
Ive pulled 2 tubes from my amp. It was also modded with an additional master volume on the rear of the amp labeled "recording". I can dial it in on the front plate then turn it way down witht he master volume on the back without ruining much of the amps tone. Its been a wonderful friend of mine for years.
This sounds awesome. Save your money for some new pedals. Also consider dedicating one guitar to alternate tuning experiments if your playing is starting to feel a bit stale.
I've been meaning to nail down Westerbergs quirky tunings.
Yea, maybe i need a new OD and Fuzz or something.

I've got:
'77 Les Paul Custom
'65 Gretsch Chet Atkins Tennessean
Early 70's Martin D-28 ( can't remember the year)
'61 Les Paul Jr (the SG body style)
Amp-wise:
'65 Fender Bassman
Mid to late 60's Fender Super Reverb that's been modded with one 15" speaker
A small 10w Marshall practice amp
Pedal wise:
Dunlop Cry Baby Wah
Boss Overdrive
Papa Wease is ordering a pedal that mimics a Leslie rotating speaker cabinet. Can't wait to plug that thing in.

A gift from my late uncle. I rarely play it. With that Bigsby ant the floating bridge, it NEVER stays in tune.
