Okay, I'm about to start S4. Should I do the whole thing? Or are there absolute MUST SEE episodes/arc that I need to skip to first?

Does that mean Anakin also resides on Mortis after his death? Does he fulfill his destiny as "The Father"?

Is Mortis still a thing?

What was the significance of The Dagger of Mortis? Is it still around?

Man, those episodes offered more questions than they answered.
I took it as Anakin would bring balance to the force if he stayed there on Mortis and took the place of the Father. So the balance they were referring to was between the son and the daughter

I think they'd write out the whole prophesy thing if they could. It doesn't make sense now.

Anakin brought hope and balance to the Jedi. Then fell to the dark. But redeemed himself by having a son who would bring balance or by his own killing the emperor in the end?

That's not balance. This is why they have to go with luke being a grey Jedi. Neither light nor dark.
But but but

The whole prophesy thing is the most awkward poorly thought out element in Star Wars.

Wait, which ones are the ones with the stupid slug frog general thing leading a group of Droids? That arc was fucking awful.

Patience, young Padawan. You must trust in the living Force.

No it's very good

That is when s4 really started picking up, right after sharkman then some minor forgettable R2/3PO episodes. Those episodes were ok, but still really down from the s3 ending stretch.

The ending of s4 is really nice. It seemed like a long while since we had seen the Savage episodes.

Just started s5 last night...

i thought the movie was just the first episodes of the tv show?

So did I. It's not apparently.

Super bummed that they ended this series early. Man! Would have been amazing to see everything play out as planned.

That's something. How would they have ended it?
Anakin coming more and more under the emperors influence? Strange

The episode "Revenge" at the end of season 4 with Savage, Maul, Obi Wan, and Ventriss is just fantastic

Saw this elsewhere. What you guys think?

Been thinking a lot about Mortis lately. So the cosmic forces direct link to the living force are through living embodiments of the three aspects, if I'm interpreting what they're trying to tell me correctly. Palpatine is the Son, Anakin is the Father, and perhaps Ahsoka is the Daughter. What does everyone think of this, and if I seem super wrong about it, please educate me. I'm all about this right now.

Why would Palpatine be the son and Anakin the father? Shouldn't that be reversed?

How about Luke the father, Kylo Ben the son and Rey Kenobi the daughter?

Good point.

I wonder will they expand on that story more?
Maybe with luke at some point? I forget how the three end up.
One theory is it was just a delusion the three of them had and it never really happened.
The story group don't do things like that though.
