John Thune is both a soulless piece of human garbage, and also pretty direct about what that means. It's made him as decisive a figure in South Dakota as a Republican can be there. It also makes this statement probably genuine.

(or libertarian, independent, whatever) and shit wouldnt get signed into legislation unless there was actually agreements on whats best for the people? for all people? a consensus?
