I don't dislike the game, it's just not even close to SM3, SM2, or SMW to me. Pretty much every Mario game is great though.

It was the first console 2D Mario in 20 years. IMO, it was close to perfect.

I played NSMBU recently and that absolutely ranks last for me. I'll have to pick up NSMB again to see about that one.

the satisfaction of beating SMB3 for the first time ever was a huge accomplishment for me as a young gamer. Going through the whole thing without warp whistles is a whole nother thing

Absolutely, I can still remember the summer afternoon my brother and I beat it. One of my first gaming accomplishments.

This is pretty insane value if you haven't got one or two of the titles (PC):

Maybe EA shouldn't have released its two big shooters within two weeks of each other last Fall.

At this point I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get it in the mail with my free sample of Tide.

Whoa, looks like Mutant League Football is getting a reboot. I used to love the football and hockey games they did as a kid, so I'm all over this.

Edit: Looks like it's a Kickstarter, with a target release in 2018: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/me ... league-mfl
