So Samantha Bee just said that Paul Ryan would be the one expected to draw up articles of impeachment, should we get there. So does that mean there would have to be a majority in the house pushing for impeachment, or is it more about the amount of pressure (not necessarily a majority, but enough noise that he basically has to relent)?

Basically it means nobody is getting impeached for 2 years despite all the hoopla.

The odds on the former scenario seem really low right now.

I generally assume that all information is held until it's to the greatest benefit of the holder to release that information (at least where gov't is concerned).
