I am very curious to see how Davis and Cousins play together.

What an odd trade. I get that he's viewed as toxic, but I'm still surprised there wasn't anybody else out there a little closer to contention that was able to put together a better trade package than that.

Yeah I have to imagine the Celts didn't want him cause they easily could have beat that offer.

Imagine the questions that would have been asked in that poll.

I wouldn't touch that poll with a 10 foot pole.

I'm gonna have to watch Felger and Mazz and see what the Boston media thinks of the Celts not getting Cousins. They were bitching about not getting Ibaka. I don't want either of them.

If I'm the Celtics I try to get someone decent without giving up any of their Nets picks. Build for the future with the core they have to be next in line to dominate the East once Lebron starts to decline.

Good one Bammer! Speaking of RM mistakes, how's that Seattle Seahawks dynasty prediction working out for ya?

I feel like cousins would have been redundant for them with horford on the roster. Obviously boogie is a better player but what they really need is a wing who can take pressure off Isaiah. It's looking more and more like Boston will stand Pat, which is what I would do if I were Ainge.

I have no problem with Danny standing pat at this point. Guy's been super patient. Stay the course, Danny. You've got a great coach, great owner, so those are sometimes the hardest things to put in place.

The more I think about it going all in this year seems foolish with the warriors out there and Lebron still playing well. I'm going to enjoy the warriors falling apart in whatever way that eventually happens.

When do we think Lebron will start to noticeably decline? 2019?

Supposedly Detroit offered Drummond earlier in the season.

Me too, by then he will be in his mid 30's. If I'm an East team, I'm planning for that at least.

Toss in a somewhat serious injury or two for Lebron and/or any of the GSW and that timeline accelerates in regards to making it more realistic to compete.

Lebron won't get hurt. Ever. Curry might...But GSW can win without curry.

To compete sure, but not to win anything.

If your guy Jimmy was available I'd give up one of the Brooklyn picks in a second. Otherwise I'd hold pat. Supposedly they are interested in Jahlil Okafor which seems idiotic. A team that can't rebound doesn't need Brook Lopez 2.0.

Okafor is terrible. Completely useless in the modern game.
