It's looking like a awesome purchase. Too many good games.
I know...Just found out the in-laws are coming in to stay with us for two days the day the Switch is released.

I'll survive. There is something sort of magical about the first day a console is released. Opening the box, laying out all the contents, setting everything up, etc. I love it.

And the smell. I always love that new console smell.

I had to dog-sit on Wii launch day. That sucked. I waited for 37 hours for a PS3. I had no energy after that. I've bought every console since N64 on launch day. I'm excited.

Should be fun, I kind of like how tight lipped Nintendo has been about everything. It will probably be filled with disappointment but the unknown is so exciting.

PS4 weekly deals that just went live are great. Critics Choice sale has good deals on Insider, The Witness, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and tons more. And then the EA Publisher's sale has great deals on all their stuff (Battlefield 1 is $30, ahem).

I'm good do Inside, I think. Seems like a good cold, snowy day game.

I got Limbo, Adrift and The Swapper last night but I may have to get The Witness too since it seems a little longer. This is a great time to be three years behind in the gaming world.

I think you'll love it, one of the best narrative creations (of any medium) in the last five years if you ask me.

No Virtual Console at launch for the Switch . Hopefully this means it will be good when they roll it out.

Picked up Gears of War 4, mainly because it included the first four games as digital downloads. Five games for $28. Not bad.

I could never get into those games, but that's a hell of a deal.

They are truly terrifying. There's another scary thing that is coming. Just wait.
