I'm rarely on team cutuphalfdead but it's absolutely essential a fourth "mad" is added.

I have absolutely no clue what these songs are.* I feel like I should turn in my PJ card.

*I'm assuming some are outtakes or demos, or appeared on a previous holiday single that I never bothered to listen to.

Okay, modified last three matches in round 3 to two songs each to account for the mistake.

I agree but move that it proceed directly to the finals, just to be safe

I'd only recognize a few of them. I'm not ready to turn in my card, I've just resigned to the fact that I don't have time to devote to rounding out a 100% complete encyclopedic knowledge of all things PJ. And I've learned to be OK with that. I am who I am. And how I choose to feel is how I am.

It's really striking how much more heavily stacked the back half of the non-album qualifiers are. Two of the songs linked today will make the final tournament.

Whereas a group that includes

Wash, Breath, Yellow Ledbetter, Man of the Hour, State of Love and Trust Hard to Imagine, and Long Road will be cut down to two.
