Hard to Imagine is one of those songs where I am constantly surprised by how good it really is when I hear it.

Whale song does nothing for me, and thunderclap I know as that binaural instrumental I forget.

I'm voting for "Whale Song." I had an argument with Spike about it maybe a year ago that opened my ears to some its more understated virtues. "HTI" is cool and will win but Jack is the man and deserves to be remembered as such by way of votes.

i just watched the version of HTI from the Orpheum in 1994, and that could be one of the best versions i've heard.

I wanted to cast a vote for Thunderclap so bad, but just couldn't do it in good conscience with HTI on the board.

While Whale Song and Thunderclap have yet to leave R1, Hard to Imagine is a solid R3 bet. It's even hit R4 a few times, losing against Hail, Hail, I Got Shit and Red Mosquito.

Hard to Imagine, though it's not one I really gravitate towards. I think one thing I've found in my relistening for the tournament thus far is that I'm not a fan of Ten-era stuff from this band, even in a way I was a year or two ago.

I've never really got the love for HTI. It's actually my least favorite, or maybe just least played, of the three. Since HTI is gonna win anyway, I'm going with Thunderclap, though I do really love Whale Song.
