I'm in awe of the composition and mixing that came together to create Light Years. Such a dynamic song, such great movement...

I completely understand those of you who will vote for Rival. It's an awesome song. But Light Years gets the edge from me.

Rival, easily. What a surprising and menacing song.

Soon Forget is embarrassing lyrically, though I love that he did include a ukulele number on the album.

Light Years has some nice moments, and the great bridge it stole from puzzles and games, but the song is way too clunky for its sentiment. It feels too much like an intellectual exercise in a song about the limits of them.

I wasn't a fan of Rival when Binaural first came out and I feel retarded because of that.

I've never felt a connection with Light Years. For some reason it just doesn't do it for me. And it isn't for lack of trying. I think I'd prefer if it were shoter... I don't know. I still think it could click for me at some point, after all Evacuation took me a long time and I used to hate Wishlist too.

I don't know. I like "Light Years" and "Rival" a lot for very different reasons.

I think I'll give it to "Light Years" for the terrible fade-out in "Rival"
