Infallible vs. Pendulum vs. My Father's Son
Voting ends 3/19
Two songs will be eliminated. It will be difficult. Be brave.

Pendulum is pretty cool, Infallible has cool verses and a shitty chorus, MFS does little to nothing for me. Pendulum gets the vote.

I used to like MFS, God knows why. Infallible is another great use of the studio. Chorus and all this still wins this round

Re: Infallible vs. Pendulum vs. My Father's Son
My Father's Son has a great bridge and the music is good all around. I don't have a problem with Eddie's sentiment but the lyrics just don't work and it's one of the uglier melodies on the album.
I love the music and the mystery in pendulum, and wish they had recorded it with Binaural. The studio version doesn't quite give it room to breathe. It was an excellent opener on the L-bolt tour.
Infallible has great music, excellent verses, and I actually really like the soaring chorus -and the way it deliberately lines up in opposition to the verses. It's a really good song which, like so much of Lightning Bolt, really suffers from the sterile production.
I love these last three records, but having spent so much time listening to pearl jam these last two weeks it's easy to see just how unflattering the production is. By and large these are a very strong set of songs presented in as unfavorable a light as possible.
Voting for Pendulum, but I might switch to Infallible.

Re: Infallible vs. Pendulum vs. My Father's Son
Infallible is the best song they've recorded since Riot Act.
Pendulum is moody and interesting and I really enjoy it. If not for Infallible, it would get my vote here.
My Father's Son is also a really solid song. These three are among the best of LB. I'm happy if any of them wins.
But Infallible my clear favorite. I really LOVE it.

I agree, MFS, not even close.
Pendulum is fine. If it didn't have the "ah-ah-ah-ah-ahhhhs" at the end, I'd think way less of it.
Infallible is awesome until it gets to the chorus.

Pendulum I suppose. I guess it's another off of LB I can tolerate.

Yea, that last verse is some great work from latter-day Ed.

MFS never did it for me quite as much as most here.
Went Pendulum.

I like all three of these. But I'm pulling for Pendulum since Infallible is clearly out.

WTF! MFS should be taking this one easily. Too bad you're all psychopaths.
