Last night I was thinking about this very thing, actually. I've decided that my ideal open would be Tremor Christ followed immediately by MYM. Then maybe Do The Evolution. I think I'd probably die after that.

It depends i guess on how it sounds live, if it fits in with it, they like to do a run of their faster songs to close out sets, so it could before rvm or porch to close out the first set, but i wouldn't expect it to make it into either of the encore

I think it can be like Evolution. Generally in the 2-6 range but could easily be a second to last or last song of the main set.

Actually I've just checked that and at Astoria 06 the first 5 they played were all off S/T. That's the first FIVE. The album hadn't even been released yet, I think it had just leaked a few days prior.
