At Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen right now and I'm about to have a seafood platter with tilapia, shrimp, blue crab cake, stuffed shrimp, and stuffed crab.

LV, that all sounds good, except the Tilapia. Remember, there is always a better fish than Tilapia.

I almost got catfish instead but the tilapia was recommended. I'm just getting into fish; I never used to like it.

I very seldom work a day shift at the bar, but when I do, I get very excited about walking next door to the Asian supermarket where whole chickens, rib racks and other animal carcasses hang dripping in the window above steam pans full of aromatic meat and veggies.

Today I think I'll go for steamed rice, Chinese broccoli, bbq pork and tripe with the requisite Pocky impulse buy at the counter on the way out.
