oh sure, you'll all get behind his "technically speaking" facts, but when I throw out one little comment about decades...

Re: World Baseball Classic 2017
Still cant believe Japan was done in by their gold glove infield. Those guys are such good fielders.
I still think this championship round should also be round robin, with the final 2 going on to a championship game. Sucks for Japan and their amazing fans to fly all the way over for one game (two tops). If people would get over the injury risks, you could easily go double headers Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday this week for the round robin. Championship Friday.
Nolan Arenado, and Nori Aoki should both have been dropped / benched from their lineups. the 4th and 3rd batters for both teams had sub .200 averages for the tournament. Sure, its a small sample size and a 3 hit night will jump you way up, but yeah Arenado especially looked bad last night. Aoki at least drew a couple walks.

over/under set on replays for tonights game set at 10...
so glad MLB has them limited during the regular season, these last 3 games have been insane with reviews. (just had the 10th one in 22 innings played in the championship round)

There are a ton of baseball analysts who still think Marcus Stroman is too short to be a starter.

For.... not deporting Stroman and his Puerto Rican mother?verb_to_trust wrote:Thank you President Trump
I think this was the year that will push this thing to the next level. NOT just the American players. Colombia put on a great showing. The DR and PR strong as always. Japan as professional as ever. All these guys are coming out saying this has been the best experience they've ever had playing baseball (outside of the ones who actually win a world series).
I love how Stroman sought out Lucroy as soon as that inning was over. Almost makes ya wish they were on the same team during the season, sounds like they really clicked.
