Straight up covers of pearl jam songs never sound good to me. This kind of stuff is the way to go.

I kept waiting for an air-to-surface missile to destroy the car and all around it.
That didn't happen so I started waiting for an air-to-surface missile to destroy me before the second chorus.
Neither happened. Disappointing.

1. That was awesome.
2. I want to hear the Dixie Chicks cover this song now more than I've ever wanted to hear anything in my whole life.
3. Did she "the wizard's on his way"? Because that's HILARIOUS.
4. This kind of thing is super cool; makes me love the original even more while still appreciating others' creativity.
5.

Yep. Made me realize what a goddamn great, all-time pop classic Even Flow is.

that was fun. It reminds me of my first pearl jam concert where john popper had a harmonica solo during even flow.

Something about the tumbledown, rootsy nature of a bluegrass setup really works for this particular song...
If you ignore the fact that this group is in a Chick-Fil-A drive thru with their seat belts on, of course.
