This might be true and it still isn't better than Long Road. And Long Road is just above average for its era.

Another vote for Johnny Guitar. Long Road has gone from an A grade to a C grade song for me over time; I'd say Johnny Guitar has been a consistent B since the first time I heard it.

Like most things of the era, I love Jack's drumming on Long Road. It has been, and will be for the foreseeable future an upper tier (top 30 song) PJ number. I don't understand what y'all be seeing in Jonny Guitar.
