Comedy Central: Review

Post by Simple Torture »

This is the funniest show on TV. My wife and I are re-watching the first season in preparation for Season 2, which premieres this Thursday, 7/30!

Thanks for all the replies, everyone! I'm glad this thread took off.

Season 3, the final season, is coming in March: http://deadline.com/2017/02/comedy-cent ... 201913229/

(And if you've never seen this show, watch at least through Season 1 Episode 3, "Pancakes; Divorce; Pancakes," which is one of my favorite episodes of any television series ever)

Hmm I'd try the Comedy Central app. I used to have it and you could watch full episodes of some shows with ads.

This show really is fantastic. It goes to some truly dark places, and I love that it has a series-long story arc.

I fucking loved this show, the Australian original version and the Andy Daly one. I'm fired up for another season, even if it's going to be truncated as fuck and supposedly only 3 episodes.

I also agree that "Pancakes/Divorce/Pancakes" is one of the funniest things I've seen ever.

When does Season 3 begin?

Yes, Pancakes \ Divorce \ Pancakes is one of the single best episodes in the history of TV comedies.

The Mrs. and I enjoyed this show too. I thought it was cancelled, looking forward to new episodes.

During my rewatch of the office I noticed Andy Daly as this guy:

I'm getting real high right now and I'm putting the new episode of this on.

Sucks there's only 3 episodes in this concluding "season".

I thought the new episode was good, lots of laughs. However, I'm so worried about the short season--the first two had such satisfying arcs that I'm worried this will feel like a coda and not a full story. We'll see.
