So they released some concept art from season 4. The helmets belong to Sabine Fen rau and another guy. But the symbolism? Civil war probably but what else?

Honestly, my biggest problem with the episode is really just
(this is an actual spoiler joey. dont read it until you've watched the episode.

Re: Star Wars: Rebels
Just popping into this conversation. I will try to stay spoiler free. I think the previous season with the Ahsoka, Vader, Maul ties was superior. This finale was much less impactful in most ways but probably sets things up to continue to branch to Rogue One timeline. It would be interesting to see Saw breaking away from the Rebellion, hear about the plans to build a death star, explore Jyn's dad and Krennic relationship, explore the Mandalorian wars--which the concept art hints at, and see what seals the fate of Thrawn. Also where was Vader all season?

You're missing everything that was wrong with that. Why bother set up such a powerful character only to literally dump him like that?
Hopefully the last we hear of Bendu. Feeling it won't be though.

The Maul ending was not what I expected, but it was also oddly appropriate. Anti-climactic on the first pass, but also sort of made sense, and shows that Kenobi hasn't lost any of his potency.

Re: Star Wars: Rebels
It's long been rumoured that we'd see Han and Chewie in Rebels.
What if they let the series run into the OT period and we occasionally see Leia Han and Luke?
Han would make sense anyways with the film coming out.
Generally speaking I'd like Rebels to end at the battle of scarrif as hinted at by filoni(or that we might at least see the battle from the ghost crews perspective)
But would it too much to let it run and have the big three show up occasionally?
Leia was in clone wars once or twice after all.
Thoughts?

I totally misread the post I was replying to and can't remember who I was referring to?
But I loved mauls end and agreed on the episode really making more sense and a much more rewarding watch on the second pass.

Leia has shown up. She was the focus of an entire episode. And how the hell was Leia in the Clone Wars given that it took place before she was born?dimejinky99 wrote:It's long been rumoured that we'd see Han and Chewie in Rebels.

Re: Star Wars: Rebels
Potential great news.
My pal Marc from talk Star Wars is going to celebration and has been granted access to a press conference with filoni and an interview with filoni and 'someone else' afterwards but he's not being told who.
He has an idea.
Is the new animated series gonna be based on Ahsoka? There's certainly enough demand for it.
