I just took my first spin through the Thy Shall Not Pass DLC last night, and the trench warfare is just so satisfying.Monkey_Driven wrote:My buddy's reaction to seeing BF1 on the Pro...

Enjoying Thimbleweed Park - turned all the voice off and playing it completely old school, like it seems to want to be played.

Is there single player content in that or is it all multiplayer? Btw, I will start playing online again once I get a little further in Zelda.tragabigzanda wrote:I just took my first spin through the Thy Shall Not Pass DLC last night, and the trench warfare is just so satisfying.Monkey_Driven wrote:My buddy's reaction to seeing BF1 on the Pro...

Honestly no idea -- I haven't done much of the campaign beyond the first several missions. Will have a look and report back.Monkey_Driven wrote:Is there single player content in that or is it all multiplayer? Yeah, the new game isn't bad. Not much new, just minor improvements but I'm a Show guy so I'm digging it.Simple Torture wrote:RM user numbers posted a pic of him playing on his Twitter feed, so he's probably playing it right now.Teeeeeekay wrote:Anyone play The Show17?
I still plug away at The Show '13 on my PS3, and I love the pitcher/batter interface--especially when batting. There are things I don't love about the franchise mode, which is where I used to do most of my fiddling in MLB games (High Heat Baseball, mostly), but I don't know if they've been fixed in the more recent editions.

Did they ever add a feature where you can search for guys in franchise mode? I wanted to trade for a bunch of Sox minor leaguers that had been drafted by other teams in a Fantasy Draft (this was in '13), but they were impossible to find.numbers wrote:Yeah, the new game isn't bad. Beat Andromeda. They clearly are setting this up as a new trilogy. Ugh. Please god no. I never want to play as Ryder again.

Maybe they'll shitcan it and start over.
Sounds like most of the original team moved on to other places like Naughty Dog before Andromeda.

So soon? Did you opt to skip the side quests and cut to the chase? Or is the game much smaller than they made it look?LoathedVermin72 wrote:Beat Andromeda. They clearly are setting this up as a new trilogy. Ugh. Please god no. I never want to play as Ryder again.

No I did almost every side quest. Took 57 hours to complete. The game doesn't feel as expansive as they claimed.tragabigzanda wrote:So soon? Did you opt to skip the side quests and cut to the chase? There is a search tool for players.Simple Torture wrote:Did they ever add a feature where you can search for guys in franchise mode? Beat my first "dungeon" in Zelda. Very cool. I'm about 19 shrines in.

I don't think I've seen one yet. I turned the map icon off so I am mostly just using sight for discovering new things. Lots of meandering and gliding.CopperTom wrote:Go after every shooting star you see. It will help you later on.Monkey_Driven wrote:Beat my first "dungeon" in Zelda. Very cool.
