My pal Marc from talk Star Wars is going to celebration and has been granted access to a press conference with filoni and an interview with filoni and 'someone else' afterwards but he's not being told who.
He has an idea.
Is the new animated series gonna be based on Ahsoka? There's certainly enough demand for it.
So, because your pal has an interview, the potential great news is an Ahsoka series? I'm not following the logic here...

I wasn't being a dick, dime, I feel like I was missing something in your story. Just trying to clear it up, because you said potential good news, which I'm all about. But I'm trying to figure out why that interview could lead to an Ahsoka series announcement? Was your pal told something about it?

An Ahsoka series would be amazing. I would just be curious on the time frame.

Eh, I'd rather them finish up the Ahsoka arc via more CW episodes. That series can use one more season.

I know I was only kidding. I'm in that gang of fans that like adding 2+2 and getting 10.

Filoni was promoted to creative director though and Ahsoka is entirely his baby so that's what's leading is to jump to the conclusion it's her.

The timeline of her book and a little prior to that would make for a good setting for a series for sure.

I haven't seen this yet, but heard it was pretty good. Robert Kirkman (The Walking Dead, Outcast, Invincible) plugged it on Twitter about a year ago. Definitely on the short list of things to check out!

I keep putting off reading that book. For the life of me, I have no idea why. Maybe I'll buy it this afternoon.

Oh I know. I would just rather see another season of CW over an Ahsoka stand alone series. Having said that, it could be interesting to see a cartoon miniseries or even a cartoon movie about her. I don't know about an entire multi season series though.

I'd like to have my cake and eat it too, thank you very much. Please produce a final season of The Clone Wars will all original remaining voice talent so that we can close that out the way it was meant to be closed.

ALSO finish up Rebels.

And then ALSO give me an Ahsoka animated series. And an Ahsoka animated film. AND also have her appear in the live action Saga films. AND GIVE HER A STAND ALONE LIVE ACTION TRILOGY

Only then, will I be satisfied and stop thinking that we haven't gotten enough Ahsoka Tano.
