....is absolutely a fair criticism, and one I've had myself. You can base the impetus of a song on wanting to emanate the style of a particular band, but you've gotta do something with it. I've definitely lobbed that critique at PJ before, but I don't think that's a critique I have here. That being said, I still like it cause I like the song quite a bit. It's amazing how much having a good song can overcome other issues.
