Yes, I have some memories from that day that we would all like to be without. I was right up front, and the pressure was really uncomfortable. Terrible what happened next.

I also remember silly things, like the cute girl I was going to meet after the concert, but never met again. The feeling of everything being black when I walked back to our camp. The disgust when waking up, from some jacked up Germans singing "I'm still alive!". We left that day. I first returned to Roskilde in 2007, and also saw Pearl Jam's first return to Denmark with a show that same summer.

Shows attended: 18 - Toledo Neil Jam 04, PJ20 (both shows), all 3 Wrigley shows, Moline (No Code) Milwaukee (Yield). 8 pretty unique shows, yet Chicago 2009 night 1 might still be my favorite. Really loved the set list that night, lots of my personal favorites.
First show: 2000 Alpine Valley (which is tied for my most visited venue with the United Center at 4 each)
Unique cities: 6
Unique venues: 9
Miles traveled to/from shows: Approximately 3169
States visited: 4
Foreign countries visited: 0
Drummers seen in concert: 1
Band members met in person: 0 (Dennis Rodman at 3 different shows, 2 of which I got a high 5)
Band members' autographs obtained: 0 - Ive never been one to seek autographs
PJ tattoos: 0
Framed posters in your house (or in storage because you're married): 0 not into posters either
Top 3 white whale songs: 3 songs I've heard that I never thought I would - Of the Earth, Masters of War, Long Road. 3 Songs I have yet to hear that I would love to - Nothing As It Seems, All Or None, Throw Your Hatred Down (or anything off of Mirror Ball)
Favorite band member: I love the band
Favorite PJ side/solo project: Anything that involves Mike covering Hendrix
Favorite PJ song: Save You
Go-To piss break song: SMALL TOWN! I wish theyd just play it as walk up music, let all the drunk idiots sing along to it, get it out of the way, move on. Having it open the Moline show was my least favorite opener ever of my 18 shows, BUT, it got Small Town out of the way.
Moment(s) or song(s) that got you hooked: Ed and Mike playing Masters of War on the Dylan tribute. I had heard of PJ/been aware of them, but that was the first CD I bought/owned that had them on. It made me check out more.
Most you ever spent on a PJ ticket: It was for Moline, I cant remember what we ended up paying off Stubhub, I wanna say it was 150? What really made me mad, is also Stubhubbed tickets to Milwaukee on that tour (only time the fanclub raffle filed me) Both my Moline tickets, and my Milwaukee tickets, came from the same A-hole in Vegas.
Small Town is one of my favorite PJ live moments. I like to look around the venue and see XX,XXX people waving "Hello"
I think Even Flow, is the only song I've heard more times than Small Town (maybe Alive as well) just luck of the sets with that. EV played it at both solo shows I went too as well. Its one of the songs if you go to back to back shows, you KNOW you'll hear once. Looks like 15 out of 20 shows (if I include the 2 EV concerts)

I met Ed in the airport the morning after The Who benefit in 2015. He looked like he never went to bed after the show. I said something like, "Good show last night. I had a great time." He stopped and shook my hand then went to his gate.

By dumb luck I got back stage for the first Maui show in '98. The only time that had ever happened for any concert I've been to. Had a quick "hello" with Mike and felt like I had to at least do the same with Ed. I did, and stumbled to say something like "Have a great show, I'm a big fan" and stuck out my hand for a handshake. He was already drunk and took a moment to realize what I doing. But he shook my hand and said "thanks, I hope you have a good time" before shuffling off.
Mudhoney was the opener. I saw Ed again standing side stage, watching them. So I walked up beside him but didn't say anything. A few minutes later Jeff walks up and stands on the other side of me. I don't say anything but am very aware of how cool this is. When Ed leaves he playfully hits me on the back the small blue notebook he was holding. I introduce myself to Jeff and we talk basketball for a couple minutes before he's called away.
Never see Stone until he walks out on stage. I saw Pearl Jam's set from the same spot I was at with Ed & Jeff, on Mike's side of the stage. Someone points out Ed's mom, who honestly looked like anyone else's mom. It was a Jack Irons show and did meet his parents. His dad kind of had the look of the actor who played Seinfeld's dad. His mother had a red rinse, big glasses you see older ladies wear, and seemed too nicely dressed for a rock & roll concert. Jack's kids were there too, the only children I saw backstage. They were small at the time and some how I wound up playing around a little with them. I didn't realize they were the drummer's but their grandmother commented how I have a way with children and that's how I wound up talking to her some between Mudhoney and Pearl Jam going on. I remember this pretty blonde girl flirting with during the encore but I was completely oblivious to it in the moment. I didn't realize it until she gave me her phone number and told me where she was staying (nothing happened).

States visited: 13 + Washington DC
Foreign countries visited: 0
Drummers seen in concert: 2 (Dave Krusen at R&R Hall of Fame)
Band members met in person: 0
Band members' autographs obtained: 0, but Eddie did toss me his wine bottle in 2008, for which I still have the cork framed.
PJ tattoos: 0

Top 3 white whale songs: Ghost, Rival, Parachuttes
Favorite band member: Eddie
Favorite PJ side/solo project: Wellwater Conspiracy
Favorite PJ song: Life Wasted
Go-To piss break song: Usually Even Flow, but during 2013 tour was Sirens
Moment(s) or song(s) that got you hooked: In 1999 my parents got me a CD Burner, which was a novelty back then. I wanted to make a mix CD of my favorite band, Stone Temple Pilots, but decided to wait until their new album (No. 4) came out to include it, so made a Pearl Jam mix. I listened to that mix over and over, then found out about Live on Two Legs, which I wore out on a flight back from Hawaii. Once I found out you could download their live shows for free from the internet, I was hooked.
Most you ever spent on a PJ ticket: $200 or so for the 3rd night of the Spectrum shows in 2009.
