I know, with this getting close I'm really glad I talked myself into getting a ticket and making the trip. Listening to vault release is causing me to feel more excited about seeing them than I have in a couple years.
where did you get your ticket late in the game?
Ticketmaster. Behind the stage on Mike's side, second row. Not great but I'm okay with it.
Maybe I'm overly optimistic but I'm thinking this will be more of a hardcore fan's show whereas Wrigley's going to be more of a festival/casual radio fan set with a bone or two thrown in for the rabid.

London 2005 is one of my favorite bootlegs from all times.

The setlist is incredible too.

Tickets for behind the stage are available right now

103/D/5 came up. that would be a decent seat if I hadnt lucked out with 10c tickets.

Just got 117 row L. Will the sound be decent from there? Will I see anything?

I saw at least 5 people in PJ shirts between the time I got into the city center (oopps... it's Canada so "centre") and the time I got checked in at the Hilton. Not as bad as Missoula last year, but there is a presence.

Someone I know who lives in London, his girlfriend, a massage therapist, was called/hired to go to Ed's hotel and give him a massage. She said he was really nice, tipped her more than generously, but then felt bad that it wasn't enough and then wrote her a note granting her and 1 other person entry to the show. He also gave her the tour managers phone number in case there were any problems getting in. And then gave her a bunch of his guitar picks.

Hopefully they bought him a beer and asked for "Even Flow". I'd love to hear them bust out that gem tonight!

That is very generous. Must have been a good massage.
