Good thing they went and brought in Al Horford. He really brought that strong playoff game he's known for last night.

I haven't watched either game in the Bulls/Celtics series. Can the Celtics get any rebounds?

No. It has led to Barkley imploring Brad Stevens insert a Zellar into the starting lineup. Robin Lopez is on God mode against these midgets.Monkey_Driven wrote:I haven't watched either game in the Bulls/Celtics series. Can the Celtics get any rebounds?

They'll definitely need to make some sort of adjustments. Man, it is really tough to catch any of these 6 or 7 pm games.verb_to_trust wrote:No. It has led to Barkley imploring Brad Stevens insert a Zellar into the starting lineup. Rondo screaming 'they quit! they quit!' during the game last night was awesome.

I'm so glad the Cavs games have lined up on the same nights as the Spurs. I love the 7 Eastern time starts.Monkey_Driven wrote:They'll definitely need to make some sort of adjustments. When it starts to get nice outside it is rare for me to sit down to watch TV anytime before 8 or 9. I usually end up watching the condensed version of an earlier game on NBATV later.Joesanity wrote:I'm so glad the Cavs games have lined up on the same nights as the Spurs. This Hawks Wizards game is painful.
The Wizards aren't good, neither are the hawks but damn this is slow. About 599 fouls in the 3rd.
Not worthy of playoff ball.

They need to stop calling the stop right after a pick, let the defender run into you, and jack up a shot a shooting foul.

The wiz will handle the Bulls pretty easily next round so get used to them.Electromatic wrote:This Hawks Wizards game is painful.

They are probably the 2nd best team in the east when Wall and Beall are on the court it's just really ugly basketball about 90% of the time. John Wall running, Beall shooting, or clumsy oaf like nonsense. Seriously, the 3rd quarter took about an hour because of so many fouls.
The Hawks are garbage. Outside of Milsap there's no scorers on the team, he'll be gone next year because no one in their right mind would give him a max deal.. .that, and the Hawks desperately need a new GM (a consistent need for the vast majority of 70 something years)
I'll be interested to see how the bulls defend Wall. The Wizards have almost no depth whatsoever.

Re: NBA Thread
They won't defend him well. The size advantage they are exploiting against the Boston leprechauns won't be there, at least not against Wall, Jimmy can handle Beal.Electromatic wrote:verb_to_trust wrote:Electromatic wrote:

I was pretty sure the Celts would lose to Chicago (I was really hoping for Miami) but I thought they'd at least win 2 games.

Well, as a Bullets fan I'm looking forward to a Bulls/Washington series. The Bulls make me nervous, but Wall is playing really well right now.verb_to_trust wrote:They won't defend him well. One team in this game obviously cares more than the other.

How do you keep Lance in the game at this point?
