At least half of it is about the history of Star Wars posters, so ... y'know, ...whatever, man. This aggression will not stand.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Star Wars YouTube rabbit holes are the very very worst of all YouTube rabbit holes.
And I say that as a fan who loves speculation.
90% of it is guys making up random controversial nonsense just for clicks and the more controversial or 'leaked info!' It is the more the clicks it gets.
What are the pay rates for YouTube hits anyways?
Last I heard it was $150 for 10k. Some of these guys are getting 200k+ views.
That's good money for bullshit.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (2017)
Okay, so the saga films always start with the title, crawl and then a pan through space, right. I now there's a ship involved too. But IF they're going to keep that same opening... is it at all possible that the opening of the trailer is the opening of the movie? Is it possible we'll see a pan down through space from the crawl, as usual, and then the stars fade to reveal the rock surface just like the opening of the trailer? Is that the beginning of the movie?

Called that too. Or i think we're gonna see a long time ago etc then straight to helicopter shot of the island and the very next moment.
I think he attacks her for some reason. That opening shot of the trailer.
Gives her a huge force push and then 'who are you?'

I think this will be a different opening though im not convinced he would have shown you the opening of the movie in the trailer.

We're not gonna see a single shot in this trailer in the final film.

Didn't we think the same thing for TFA? Because they had that space fake out of Rey ripping a dark cloth from somewhere in the abandoned ship?durdencommatyler wrote:Okay, so the saga films always start with the title, crawl and then a pan through space, right. Damn skippy, wow.
Wasn't there a canon reason why only Jedi/Sith could use lightsabers? Or am I misremembering something?

I don't remember that. Greivous used them. Some characters in the comics use them.bune wrote:Damn skippy, wow.

Probably only Jedi/Sith can construct them, tho. That would make sense.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VIII: The Last Jedi (2017)
A) I see what you did there and B) I meant from the EU or something I read many years ago. But then:E.H. Ruddock wrote:I mean, Finn used it didn't he? We all know he's not Jedi material
So I have no idea what I'm remembering.dimejinky99 wrote:Han cut open the taun taun
Maybe this, but through the lens of time it morphed into "use" instead of "construct".wease wrote:I don't remember that. Greivous used them. Some characters in the comics use them.
