It'll be tough. But I love the cast. And they've knocked it out of the park so far. I expect more high quality from S3.Monkey_Driven wrote:I agree.EJ wrote:Not a knock on season 1, which was fantastic, but I preferred season 2 over 1 by a decent margin.
I really hope this season can keep up with those two.

I want this to be really good, but I'm worried the quality may dip in the third season.

Season 2 was one spaceship scene from being perfect.

Season 2 was awesome. It was flawed but it had nothing to do with the space ship. The space ship was amazing.daft twat wrote:Season 2 was one spaceship scene from being perfect.
There is a 4% chance that S3 is a disappointment.

Very good opening episode. Good mix of characters. Loved the "trying to settle the loan" scene at Stussy's office.

Re: TV: Fargo
It didn't hook me in nearly as quick as Season 2 but it did get a lot more interesting in the last half hour. Yeah, I'll watch it and see where it goes from here.

I really liked the main cop, the old chief, until we found out she hated computers and used the telex. Now I like her new boss and I hope he nails her to the wall. Get with the 21st century, lady. It's 2010.

Stussy's lawyer is my favorite so far. But, yeah I'm kinda there too.tragabigzanda wrote:Two eps in and I'm not in love with the third season. The writing is good enough, but I haven't really latched on to any of the characters yet.

Not to mention All The Real Girls and Boardwalk Empire. He's pretty cool. Those two police will probably end up liking each other because, despite their different styles, they'll each recognize the other is competent.tragabigzanda wrote:Shea Whigham was a highlight of True Detective 1:The Argonaut wrote:I really liked the main cop, the old chief, until we found out she hated computers and used the telex.
