Yes but look at the original question
Mecca wrote:have they spun on the spanish breaking bad in better call saul yet?
Which is pretty confusing, and then he corrected "spun on" for "spun off" which gives us
Mecca wrote:have they spun off the spanish breaking bad in better call saul yet?
Which seems to ask if, in BETTER CALL SAUL, they've spun off the Spanish Breaking Bad, which makes no sense.

And then we have
Mecca wrote:is there a Better Call Saul equivalent in the world of Metastatis? Like, the TV show
which, taking it at face value, seems to ask whether,
IN THE UNIVERSE OF THE METASTASIS TV SHOW,
IN THE REALITY OF THAT SHOW,
there is a Better Call Saul equivalent,
meaning,
maybe,
in this fictional world,
there's also a TV show that the Metastasis characters could watch
that was a spin-off/prequel about Saul Guzman,
a character from Metastasis,
again,
IN THE DIEGESIS
OF METASTASIS

So even now, feeling pretty sober, this seems like a really confusing way to ask the simple question "Are they working on a Spanish remake of Better Call Saul?"

if that's what Mecca was even asking tbh I'm still not 100% on this.

My post was more of a compliment than a critiscism. Diegesis seems like a smart word.

This sounds like a backhanded compliment

I admit it was poorly worded, but I mean, the simple answer was a Spanish remake of Saul as opposed to the convulted, hilarious answer your mind went to

Plat was just looking for any excuse to use his new favorite word: diegesis.
