Have you purchased one of those home fry machines? I just go old school with a stock pot, peanut oil, and a candy thermometer...But I've been eyeballing those things for a while.

Made a stir fry with shrimp, peppers, zucchini, cauliflower, and bok choy. Instead of rice I cooked up some fettuccine and put it over that.
