Maybe if more was happening in the show, we would have something more to talk about. Better Call Saul is a rare type of television: really great even when not a lot is happening. The stakes seem so much higher than they are. The big danger right now is that Jimmy might lose his law license. Really, that's not a big deal and would probably be a good thing for the profession, but still I'm invested and on his side. Not to mention the diegesis of the whole thing.

I loved this last episode.
Spoiler: show
It was good to get more of the Hector/Gus drama. I even liked the LPH scene where he gave his employees a selective history about his Cartel problems. Definitely thinking that Mike and Gus are going to have him in the chair by Season's end. The "shoe scenes" were awesome as well. Fantastic television!

None of that needed a spoiler code.

Oh, cool. Talking other places people get all bitchy if you don't use tags, so it was a precaution. :P

Once the episode has been aired, it's no longer a spoiler. If you come into the thread and haven't seen the most recent episode, that's on you.

Right, its not like a movie where its good form to give folks a couple days. Or if you're dime, you post "theories" of your own that are actually strong rumors from credible sources.

This is the only rule. That's it! Nothing else is a spoiler.

first part is dumb, considering how folks watch tv these days.

on their own time? I mean, I stay tf out of this thread until I watch because why wouldn't people be talking about the show right after it airs? Don't we all have a little Chris Hardwick inside us?

you're talking about the second part. in the age of DVR and streaming shows, it's good form to spoiler for a couple days. just like movies.

no, not at all. You're either watching a show or you're not. Movies are different because you invest buying a ticket and a few hours of your time in going to see them and people want to know if its worth it.

what about folks who haven't started watching a show, or a new season of a show, and want to know if it's worth investing, or further investing, their time? i've jumped into show threads before to see what the general feeling is regarding a show's latest season, to determine if it's worth continued viewing. TWD comes to mind.

It takes zero effort to post or open a spoiler code. Who the fuck cares. I understand not using them if you don't feel they're warranted but campaigning against them in this case?
