Never heard of it, but a quick scan of their website makes me think it's primarily an effort for southern states to band together and enact constitutional changes that fit their worldview (anti-LGBT laws, etc).

That's kind of what I got from it. Is this what we should expect in the lead-up to new constitutional amendments?

Few people are more deprived of essential human liberties than white Americans. I wish them luck.

Lord knows the sanctity of my marriage has been dropping ever since it was legalized for the gays. I mean I haven't been divorced even once and several members of Congress are on #2 or #3! I need to work harder.
