i had a very bi-polar evening. it began with an ultra crisp delicious salad from the vegan place; they grow their own lettuce and it had all sorts of delicious vegan grade veggie stuff in it, including a big scoop of quinoa. then an hour later, i picked up some McNuggets and a McDouble.

Who am I?
