So, I finally made a decision on my video game system. I went with a PS4. But the cheapest version of it was an Uncharted 4 Bundle version. Point being, I now own Uncharted 4. Should I play it?

God yes it was
I love the franchise (not as much as you). One of my favorites. Should I still play it?

Yes. It's one of the best action games.

I've only got a PC, so I haven't played it, but I watched it (without awful commentary) on YouTube, and even that was very good entertainment.

In my opinion - never play ME4. It was the most frustrating, poorly designed games I've maybe ever played.

Yeah I gotta agree with focker. It's not worth the aggravation.

Sales must have been really bad if they acted so soon. Not even any DLC. They must have knew it was a bust before they launched.

Mobile Zelda and (maybe) Panzer Dragoon revival. Yay!

Totally agree, not to sound cliche but it really is like playing a great action/comedy movie. More often than not, voice acting in video games leave much to be desired but seriously Uncharted has some of the best voice acting of any game ever made IMO. It should be noted too that the visuals and set pieces are spectacular as well.

I still need to play Horizon Zero Dawn, but I hear that's another highly recommended one for PS4. (I have the PS4 Pro)

I'm on travel for work this week but saw that the new Injustice 2 game was delivered today, anyone on here play it yet? I've been a fan of MK since the very beginning and glad to see the studio's strong resurgence over the last few years.

What are some other games Joey should check out? Based on those games I've played, and my sense of Joey's tastes, I pick The Last of Us Remastered.

Joey, play the Last of Us Remastered. You're going to absolutely love it.

Other highly recommended games:

Inside
Uncharted 4
Horizon
The Witness
Ratchet and Clank
Journey
Bloodborne (an acquired taste)
TellTale's Tales of the Borderlands (free on PS Plus this month)
Rocket League
Until Dawn

The Witcher is being made into a TV show by Netflix

The Verge on MSN.com · 5 hours ago

The franchise began as a series of fantasy novels by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski, before being turned into a number of critically acclaimed video games.
Speaking of games to check out...

Great list.

A lot of great RPG style games and action/RPG games like Bloodborne and Horizon on the ps4. If you pick up Bloodborne and enjoy it - give Nioh and Darksouls 2&3 a try. It's not for everyone though.

Persona 5 is awesome but it has a unique style and approach.

MD's list is great. Inside is definitely top-shelf entertainment, even for an occasional gamer like Joey.

Yeah I have to add, The Last of Us is probably one of the top 5 games I've every played. So yes great recommendation, it tops any of the Uncharted games from a narrative and voice-acting perspective.

I have high hopes for the new Red Dead game that's hopefully still on tap for this Fall. RDR was also in my top 5 all time.

I'm guessing RDR's release date will be announced at e3.
